As a Management Trainee Officer,
you will receive 12 months comprehensive
training program in
various sections of production floor like cutting, sewing, finishing, quality
assurance and other departments. After successfully completion of three - six
months of probation period, MTO will be promoted to respective designation of
respective department.
Responsibilities
- Help
managers to completing daily tasks (e.g. implementing new procedures)
- Understand
each department (e.g. production/cutting) daily processes and goals

Provide
administrative support (e.g. data entry)

Get
familiar with personal duties
- Participate in company’s strategic planning
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. written reports, analyzing data)
- Keep track of business revenue
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk

and give demonstration
Must Have

Minimum BS/Master’s Degree (fresh graduate)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong follow-ups

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines
